Are those supplements enough for me?
I am only eating two meals a day sometimes three. Besides that i take 2400 mg of Omega 3 fish oil capsules,a one day for women and 1000mcg of Biotin. I have oily acne prone skin and very thin hair that falls out a lot when i shower. Are those supplements enough for me or what else could i do to get beautiful skin and good healthy strong hair that does not fall out as much????
There is no substitue for a healty well balanced diet and WATER. Water is the key to skin care. It is also the key to healty weight loss and management (if that’s what you are looking to do) a multi vitimin and protien are also very good for you. Procerin to treat hair loss
Procerin is a drug that was introduced recently by Speedwind Nutrition Inc to treat hair loss. It is a hair loss supplement and is a mixture of herbs,vitamins,and minerals which are specially formulated to hinder the production of DHT which is the root cause of hair loss in men. It is an all natural DHT inhibitor which halts hair loss and aids hair regrowth. It is a non-prescription drug.
How it Works
Male pattern baldness is caused by DHT. Certain chemicals,minerals,and herbs can block the conversion of testosterone into DHT. When supplements with the correct ingredients are used,they can halt the effects of DHT and assist in the growth of new hair especially in the youth.
According to the manufacturers,Procerin is free from most of the side effects that are associated with other medications and supplements,however,some men report mild stomachaches when they use the drug for the first few days. If you are allergic to saw palmetto,one of the ingredients of the Procerin,you may experience some mild dizziness,vomiting,constipation,and diarrhea.
It is recommended that Procerin is used for at least one or two months if any visible changes are to be seen. Procerin works much faster than Rogaine or Propecia. Procerin has been shown to be successful for a majority of men who suffer from the androgenic alopecia which is the most common cause of hair loss. Procerin will not be of much help if your hair loss is as a result of chemotherapy,scalp trauma,androgenic areata,or any baldness not caused by DHT.
Women may also not be successful with Procerin unless the hair loss is caused by DHT. The active ingredients in Procerin are specifically geared at hair loss caused by DHT. Women lose their hair mainly due to hormonal imbalances.
Some people may be concerned that if they stop using Procerin,their hair may actually fall out. The results vary from person to person. Some men experience no hair loss after a period of not using the drug whereas others start experiencing a slow hair loss some months after they have stopped using the drug. Younger men below the age of 40 have higher success rates with the drug even when they stop using it altogether.
The active ingredients in Procerin include an all-natural herb,vitamins,and mineral DHT inhibitors. Saw palmetto,Gotu Kola,and Nettles are proven to block DHT and reverse hair loss and a receding hair line. The ingredients include saw palmetto,magnesium,zinc sulfate,vitamin B6,pyroximide,CJ-11 factor,CJ-9 factor,and a propriety blend of Gotu kola,pumpkin seed meal,nettles,Siberian Ginseng,Yohimbe,Muira Puma Root,and Uwa Ursi.
Procerin can be taken in combination with other hair loss products such as Rogaine or Propecia because these products block DHT in its different stages. They do not interfere with the effectiveness of Procerin and in fact may increase the hair regrowth. Many people report of increased hair growth when using these drugs. However,it is important to remember that the side effects may be increased. Before combining the drugs it is important to seek a doctor’s advice as to the best combination. This will also help minimize the side effects and achieve hair growth faster.
