This implies that Dandruff is somehow considered by a lot of people to be related to how you take care of yourself. You hair is typically what people usually notice when they look at you and it is very embarrassing if people see a lot of flakes on your hair. You should not keep covering it or ignore it but deal with it so that it won’t be embarrassing for you when people see you have a lot of dandruff. If you have loads of dandruff, your scalp becomes itchy and detrimental;if that happens you are likely to be prone to hair fall problems.
Dandruff is dead skin cells shed on your scalp;though skin flaking is a normal thing to come about. Developing dandruff is practically equal to shedding skin which is not unusual. Nearly all people shed skin at a normal rate so they do not have enough dandruff to be visible to other people. When you are having dandruff concerns, you need to wash your hair daily. Keep an eye on it for a few days as this significantly assists people who have a lot of dandruff and have thin-skinned scalps.
If washing is not enough, you need to keep track on your diet;what you eat every single day can create an impact on your dandruff concerns. First thing you need to do is to make sure you get adequate supply of vitamin C;vitamin C helps your body in repairing damaged skin cells,so it can soothe your skin shedding, particularly on your scalp. Eating plentyof food which is rich in Vitamin C in your list of food options can greatly help you make your hair healthier and reduce dandruff. If you have lots of Vitamin C,it will aid in normalizing your skin peeling as it repairs skin cells and makes your scalp healthy. Another worthy source of nutrients that your hair can immensely gainfrom are supplements like Provillus. Provillus is an all-natural supplement that gives essential nutrients so it doesn’t only stop hair loss,it also strengthens the body.
Your insistence to keep your hair clean is the next thing you need to make sure. Washing it every day is significantly helpful;use a mild shampoo in your daily wash while, the dandruff shampoo only if the dandruff is becoming too obvious. You really need to watch over and spend ample time to make sure you have the correct hair care products. When inspite of everything and you still have dandruff problems and it’s getting more complex, then you need to see a doctor, and seek professional guidance and treatment. Dandruff shampoo can only control dandruff,as it has anti fungal agents like selenium sulfide or ketoconazole;what you want to achieve here is that your dandruff does not accumulate on your scalp.
Going for the most ideal shampoo can be exasperating;it is mostly accomplished by trial and error. Finding the right shampoo for you that will help in controlling your dandruff can be tricky. If going back makes your dandruff come back once again, then it could be that you need another shampoo. If after a great number of hit and miss and using a lot of hair care products, and your dandruff does not go away, then you need to consult your doctor. Tell the doctor the details of your hair and dandruff drawbacks.
The only thing you need to remember is that what you eat always affects your health including your hair,so take careful account of your eating regimen and make sure you keep your hair clean.

What causes hair loss?
I just turned 19 years old and im losing hair like crazy. I’ve always shed hair before but now its bad because i can tell the difference in the thickness. Also my scalp is itching some but I don’t have lice, but is that a sign of symptom of any disease? I am stressed out a lot from school, family issues,&personal love life. So that could be the problem but I just feel like I could have something else. Its been a week since I’ve noticed my problem and I’m scared to even shower cause hair keeps falling out. So since then I changed my shampoo from tresemme to pantene because i heard pantene helped make hair stronger and Im also now taking hair pills called hair, skin,&nails Biotim/Collagen/Gelatin cause I heard it makes your hair grow &stronger. But my question what could possibly make my hair fall out? Any diseases or sickness that causes this? I’m scared I’m going to go bald before I’m even 20.
