i am only 17 and i have noticed that my hairline is starting to recede slightly at the templles and the hair on my crown is thinning? this is unusual for me since every guy on my moms side of the family (grandfather and uncle) hasnt lost their hair until their late 30sand my dad the same
currently,i am using nioxin shampoo and taking a vitamin called natures way alive! which has plenty vitamins that are godd for your hair like vitamin e,vitamin b12 and 6,biotin and even zinc (natural dht inhibitor)
so heres my question,if i continue to use nioxin and take theeese vitamins,will i be able to stop the balding process and my hairloss?
