Hi I have 37 years old,I have had lose my hair since two years,I had visited many doctors and dermatoligist and they told me that I have alopecia Androgenica,I use minoxil 4% and laser comb some times,I take vitamins,I have tried lotions as well,but I continue losing hair not too much like at the begining ,because I cried before every day because for women in not nice lost hair,I want to recover the hair that I have lost,If some body have any advice,know some dr o some similar situation I appreciate,I have had many blood test and are normal.

There is no cure for alopecia and no universally proven therapy to induce hair re-growth and sustain remission,however,there are treatments. The effectiveness of treatments tends to vary and something that works well for one person may not work well for another. If you find one treatment doesn’t work don’t assume others won’t either. However,bear in mind for some people none of the treatments are effective. Treatments for alopecia are generally divided into two groups:
1. People with less than 50% hair loss
2. People with over 50% hair loss
All of the therapies have documented side effects,some of which can be unpleasant. Treatments such as topical immunotherapy can be very time consuming. Individuals may decide that some of the adverse effects of treatment and the unpredictable outcome are unacceptable.
Treatment for less than 50% hair loss
Corticosteroids:Today,corticosteroids are the most common treatment for alopecia. In mild cases of alopecia the first choice of treatment would be a corticosteroid cream or lotion which is applied directly to the area(s) of hair loss. Alternatively an injection of corticosteroid can be given directly onto and around the bald area(s).
Side Effects:Side effects are generally rare when corticosteroids are used for a short time. However,when they are taken by mouth and when used over a longer period,they may lower the body’s ability to fight off infections or may make infections harder to treat. Other common side effects include changes in appetite (increase or decrease),nervousness,restlessness,sleep problems,and indigestion. These problems usually go away as the body adjusts to the drug and do not require medical treatment. Less common side effects may occur with some forms of corticosteroids. Gels or creams may irritate the skin. Again,these side effects do not need medical attention unless they don’t go away or they interfere with normal activities. Available on prescription. Commercial and spontaneous Dithranol preparations are inexpensive and,in most cases,the cost is easily covered by the prescription charge. If Dithranol has to be applied by a trained nurse,or combined with UVB therapy,the cost rises sharply but the treatment can then be more effective.

Trijicon’s Bindon Aiming Concept projects an illuminated aiming mark onto the target for both eyes open shooting. The aiming mark is available in a variety of shapes and colours to suit a wide range of applications. The BAC aiming mark is usually combined with stadia giving ranging and ballistic compensation out to the practical maxium range of the weapon.
What does that mean to you as a hunter? More and more hunters are reaping the benefits of ultra rugged precision optics with the benefits of very rapid both eyes open aiming. Despite rifle manufacturer’s emphasis on flat shooting magnun cartridges and ultra precise rifles,most hunting in the US is done at relatively close ranges. In these circumstances sheer precision takes a distant third place to rapid target acquisition and shot placement. The black cross hairs and narrow field of view of a traditional scope make it hard to find the target or even the cross hairs themselves in deep underbrush. A low magnification reflex sight like the Trijicon TA44SR-10 offers the benefits of the rapid target acquisition of a red dot sight with the magnification to distinguish targets in dense underbrush. Most modern bottlenecked hunting cartridges let you aim straight on on a deer out to 250 yards. More deer are taken at less than 100 yards than a lot of shooters will credit –hence the timeless popularity of the .30-30 and .45-70 cartridges. However,there will be times when you’ll want to take a longer shot. You really don’t want to be dialling in or taking your eyes off the target when the deer may only be visible for a few seconds. Whilst some scopes have neat ways of avoiding some of these problems,it’s so much easier just to lift the muzzle and place the correct aiming mark on the kill zone. Whilst the aiming marks are set up for the 5.56mm M855 and 7.62mm M80 rounds,you can easily go out and see where your own rounds impact relative to the marks from a 100 meter zero.
The intermediate magnification ACOGs like the Trijicon TA33-8 make a terrific coyote shooting system when paired with an AR15 rifle with a good trigger. The Bindon Aiming Concept aiming point combines with the ballistic stadia reticle to enable engagement at all ranges. These sights can be retrofitted or,with the ACOG TA01NSN-RMR for example are supplied with a piggy-backed red dot sight for close in,fleetingly exposed targets that can appear in coyote shooting. Mid range varmint hunting can be accomplished with the higher powered ACOGs,getting you on target fast on critters as they pop out of their holes unpredictably. The ACOG reflex sight’s light gathering properties enable the AGOG to keep you shooting once your high powered varmint scope fails you.
