Increase Your Hair’s Chances of Outlasting the Cold Season

Your hair’s quality changes with the weather and at times if you don’t follow the guidelines of shielding your hair, the changes that go with the weather won’t be very good;people who deal with hair damage are especially at risk of not coping well with the cold weather. During winter, your hair tends to lose moisture because of the cold weather outside, and the hot temperature of homes inside. You can best plan ahead for it if you knew what the effect of the season is and what you can do to stay away from hair fall because of the cold.

First thing you should learn is how to pick the right hat to guard your head and your hair during the winter season;the cold could get harsh so it’s good to cover your head when you are outdoors. While safe-guarding your head from the result of winter, you should also guard your head from restricted blood flow. You can do this by using caps that won’t constrict the blood from reaching your scalp so your follicles can get the nutrition it needs.

Second, get plenty of physical activity so that you can aid your body’s blood circulation further;the stress on the blood circulation is important because your hair is nourished through this means. If you have a treadmill at home, this could be a great edge because walking is the best form of keeping yourself warm and that assist your blood circulation significantly. You can also supplement your diet with Provillus and comparable brands of food supplement to ensure that your blood circulate to your hair follicles are filled with the necessary vitamins and nutrients that are vital for hair growth. Provillus is a very effective product that stops DHT or dihydrotestosterone which interrupts the normal hair growth process.

When you leave of your house during a cold climate,it’s not a proper habit to still contain wet hair because the water in your hair will get frozen;anything that’s frozen is easy to break. The truth is that your hair is more prone to breakage and pull of the roots while wet;you can imagine how simple it is to damage your hair when it’s frozen. Even without exercise equipments like treadmills, you can still follow some aerobics dance;you can vacuum your house, you can do mat exercises, you can try out yoga or research some stretching exercises on the internet—much of these information can be obtained free with a simple search on the world wide web.

An effective hair protection advice is putting conditioner on your hair and then running cold water over it afterwards;this makes sure that the moisture is locked in the hair longer. Moisturize your hair before you use blow dryers or curling irons also to stay away from split ends and unnecessary breakage. You can apply leave on conditioners provided that the formulation is mild and that you shower it out with lukewarm water at the end of the day.

Tears on Her Pillow

im 19 and in the past 4 months or so I observe some hair loss I used to wash my hair every day. what can I do?

i observed the hair loss in the bath tube and on my pillow. I have stopped washing my hair so frequently the past three weeks (now i wash them every 2 or 3 days) and i see a small improvement. Should i change my shampoo? Do any medical tests?
Also, five months ago I first moved to UK for studies. Could the climate change or any psychological factors (adapting here etc) have played any role?

Are you a dude? Shave your head. Are you a chick? Um….sorry.

Preventing Hair Loss – How to beat your genetics!

Preventing hair loss sounds harder then it is. Yes,male hair loss can be genetics. Everyone in your family history might have suffered hair loss. You may be resigned to the fact that you are going to go bald and fair play to you but some people would like to prevent hair loss and it is those people that I am here to help. So here goes.

Because hair loss is a time old condition there has always been a lot of research done on how to stop hair loss. However,it has only been relatively recently that hair loss products have been found that can stand up to clinical testing. This is because we now have a better understanding of how hormones work and by manipulating them we can prevent hair loss. So,now it is time to get down to how you prevent hair loss.

When I was about 25 (4 years ago),my hair line started to recede and I started to become thinner on top. This was a real blow. Every time I scratched my head I had hair in my hands. Every day I woke up and there was hair on the pillow. It seemed like nothing I did would make it stop. I tried changing my shampoo,my hair washing routine, stopped using any hair styling products, ate better, reduced my alcohol intake, basically anything I could think of and still, every morning, more hair on the pillow. This is when it happened, the life changing switch of direction, the part where I made the discovery that would end all my worries.

When I went looking for a treatment for preventing hair loss I encountered some hurdles. First, were all the scam products out there. Hundreds of products all claiming to be a miracle cure for preventing hair loss. I wanted to believe them. I really wanted them to be real but there was so much negativity about hair loss products that I just couldn’t take their claims at face value. And luckily for me I didn’t. After hours of further research, determined to find a way of preventing hair loss,I came across a couple of FDA approved products that had been clinically tested and had great results.

Bizarrely,a couple of days later I saw a picture in the papers of a Hollywood celebrity who was pictured with a box of the same pills I had found hanging out of his pocket. I had never heard of this treatment before and all of a sudden it was all over the news. I took that as a sign and ordered some the very same day.

I have never looked back. No more hair in my hands whenever I scratch my head. No more hair on the pillows in the morning. No more hair thinning.
