Reduce Falling Hair by Being Mindful About Your Health
Even today, hair loss is still uncomfortable although is something natural that happens in old age. When the time comes that hair loss is evident,it could lead to some miserable moments both for men and women. Numerous people unconsciously correlate hair as part of their masculinity for men and prettiness for women.
Even if you tell yourself that it’s just hair and it’s nothing to be upset about, chances are you’ll still feel upset when you see more hair falling off every time you shower. Men who are in the situation of loosing hair look for numerous methods to prevent their loss of hair. However, making some adjustments to your lifestyle can also help you prevent hair loss and promote hair growth:
- Do not smoke, and if you already possess the routine of smoking, stop it as early as you can. Many health issues are related with smoking, its consequences can be fatal or lifelong;quitting is also not as easy as it sounds, therefore staying away from it and not starting to smoke at all is the best thing for everyone. It has been proven that smoking also contributes to hair loss for both gentlemen and ladies.
- Nowadays there are supplements like Provillus that you can obtain to reinforce the health of your follicle. Provillus is an all-natural supplement that gives essential nutrients so it doesn’t only stop hair loss,it also strengthens the body. Follicle health depends on your practice and the food you eat. It’s good to take some type of natural health supplements to confirm that your hair follicles get the nutrition they need to keep on supplying healthy hair.
- Keep your meat ingestion least possible to reduce an escalation of your testosterone levels. While it’s true that protein greatly helps in improving your hair’s health, not all proteins are healthy. However, protein that you get from meat increases testosterone levels which would deepen hair loss.
- Supplement your diet with green leafy vegetables which are also great sources of protein. Vegetables rich in protein can help your hair stay healthy and strong and at the same time keep your testosterone in an adequate level. As well as aiding in your hair’s health,it’s also very good for your body in terms of offering soluble and insoluble fibers.
- Have adequate relaxation and work out,to promote the blood circulation in your body. Having healthy hair follicles depend a lot on good blood circulation;if they are clogged your follicles will not get enough nutrients to create healthy lasting hair. Keep away from harmful cholesterol and smoking as they are widely recognized to produce clogs in your blood vessels and problems with blood circulation in your body.
Changing your habits and your routines options aren’t always easy, but they’re preferences that you can make for individual gain. In spite of this, having an appropriate diet and a healthy lifestyle can give you so much more benefits aside from having healthier hair. Watching out for your health will take care of your hair loss problems also.

Does hair restoration surgery work?
Hi There,
Has anyone had a hair restoration surgery? If you have, does it work good?
I’ve tried Rogaine and some other stuff, but need a more permanent solution to my hair loss. A Toupee or wig is not an option.
Thanks!
Yes,hair restoration surgery does work. I had a hair transplantation procedure back in July and couldn’t be happier with the results. Ever since receiving the procedure from Bosley in Seattle I have kept a blog called BattleAgainstBald.com,which documents the whole thing. In addition to seeing the progression of my hair restoration results I provide a lot of other useful information on hair loss and the methods of correcting it.
I encourage you to visit BattleAgainstBald.com and see for yourself that hair restoration does in fact work.
All the best in your battle!
Seth

Hair Transplant – Permanent Solution for Hair Loss
TV star James Nesbitt’s suspiciously full head of hair has sparked speculation that the Irish actor has become the latest celebrity to undergo an invasive hair transplant operation. Experts watching his latest BBC TV drama,Occupation, noted that the previously balding actor was sporting amazingly youthful looking dark locks,a dramatic contrast to his previously receding hairline.
It has been suggested that the 44-year-old opted for a procedure called FUT,or Follicular Unit Transplant. This would have seen surgeons take thousands of healthy hair follicles and insert them in twos and threes into his bald patch, creating a more natural looking hairline.
The results are fairly impressive, but unfortunately the operation does not come cheap –at all. Men going for this option can expect to pay many thousands of pounds for the privilege of regaining a more youthful scalp, generally between £4000 and £7000 depending on how much work needs to be done. This is compared to fairly low prices for medical hair loss solutions like Propecia or Rogaine.
Usually, the surgeon will go for a version of the hair loss solution called ‘strip harvesting’,where a thin strip of hairs is cut from the back or sides of the scalp and sliced into thousands of sections containing 2 or 3 hairs. They are then grafted into tiny slits in the area being treated, with the scar in the area from which they were taken covered over with the remaining hair.
Surgeons say that the result is much more natural than the previous ‘hair plug’approach, which was often compared to the clumps you might see on a doll’s head.
Though patients can go home as soon as the transplant is finished,it has been described as ‘very uncomfortable’and does cause some bleeding.
For those who prefer to go the non-surgical route –or have hair loss too extensive to be treated in this way –there are other options. Two medications have been on sale for some time, the topical gel Rogaine and the prescription medication Propecia.
Propecia is thought to slow hair loss and even promote new growth, while Regaine –a less powerful hair loss solution –claims to have a similar effect. Recently Propecia hit the headlines when is was claimed that the England striker Wayne Rooney was planning on taking Propecia to help combat his premature hair loss.
In Britain alone,it is believed that about 40% of men will suffer from hair loss by the time they are 50,and while 75% of them find this distressing, only 20% will seek treatment. British men are far more reticent about seeking help for baldness than their European counterparts, but nonetheless some 3,000 men each year undergo FUT while many more take Propecia or use Regaine.
Those suffering hair loss often say it makes them feel older and less attractive,so it seems likely that no matter how extreme the hair loss solution, there will always be a considerable number of men willing to invest their money to combat the disappearance of their locks.
