hey all ,i started noticing severe hair loss since i lost 10 pounds for the fashion show modeling ,but my diet was really healthy ,i don’t know what’s causing this hair loss thingy ,so yesterday i had a blood test to check my iron and zinc levels and other vitamins ,they were ALL normal the doc said ! so first of all i thought i had iron deficiency but since it’s normal and so is the zinc ,then whats the problem ? the doc told me may be stress ,but i’m such a laid back person and u can hardly see me stressed out !!! Make no mistake about it. Some hair loss is not preventable. Every one of us loses 100-150 hairs a day in the natural cycle of hair growth and death. It is normal and should not be cause for concern.
