What is the most my hair can grow in 3 months?

If I stay away from flat irons,curlers etc. and take good care of my hair,is there anyway that it will grow about 2 inches in 3 and a half months (by May 16)?
I may also take Biotin vitamins and eat a lot of protein because both of those help hair grow and I massage my scalp daily which gets the blood flowing to promote hair growth.
I know the average rate is 1/2 inch per month,but is there any way I can increase it?
